Being such animal lovers and having the space to do it, we're happy to accept your canine companion(s)!
We're very sorry but we cannot accept furry feline friends. We truly LOVE cats! (We have five!) Too many people are allergic to cats and once even a single cat is introduced, we can never guarantee that the house is safe for those who have allergies. We're very sorry but we can't consider cats. Other animals within reason would be considered. Please note our rates for dogs are "Per Stay" from one week up to a month and NOT per dog! If you'd be staying longer than one month, the rates would apply a second time and so forth. Lastly, but quite IMPORTANT, the Doggie Door from the kitchen out to the patio is only 9x15 and the access from the patio about the same size. This does NOT accommodate BIG dogs! You'll have to let your big guys out through the door. GRATUITIES
We do NOT accept gratuities. Don't leave something and make us jump through hoops refunding money or mailing checks to you. No gratuity accepted. Not now. Not ever.

Children are welcomed and considered to be one of the "four" people and there's no problem if your children are accompanying you.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is not set up for children and especially very little ones. There's no crib or high chair nor is it child-proofed with plugs in outlets or locks on cabinets, etc. SMOKING
Smoking is allowed anywhere outside including the Arizona Room. No smoking in the house.
COFFEE, ETC.
We are happy to supply our Guests with an endless supply of coffee, tea, sugar and sweetener as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash no matter how long your stay. You'll also find spices and usually some assorted foodstuffs on hand as well.
NOISE
As stated in our Introduction, noise is a concern. Glenn House is located in a densely populated area on a fairly busy residential four-way stop corner. These are not major streets but secondary through streets and there is traffic noise. This is almost entirely concentrated in Monday thru Friday rush hour morning and evening traffic. It's really not too bad besides those times though there's still traffic throughout the day. It gets quieter during the evening and is downright peaceful throughout the night and well into the mornings.
We don't want anyone to be surprised if they're seeking a very quiet residential street. This is still a residential area and many people live on or near that corner and low traffic times and low noise levels prevail far more than the rush hour levels. No matter how much we'd like to, we certainly can't promote ourselves as handicapped friendly as there is simply no way to accommodate a wheelchair or scooter-type of health aid. OCCUPANCYThe maximum number of people is four as there are only two beds that will sleep two each. Yes, there is a couch and yes it might be considered as an exception for a short period.
HOUSEKEEPING
Being a vacation rental, housekeeping will not be performed. Ample cleaning supplies will be provided.
CLEANING FEE
We do not charge a cleaning fee. Just leave it reasonably and let us take care of the rest. We do ask you do your dishes before you leave.
SAFETY & SECURITY
We're big believers in safety and security! This rental is not in a crime infested area but it is not an upscale area either and it has its share of problems. We previously rented Glenn House as a normal long-term rental and our last tenant worked as a Security Guard on the Graveyard shift and requested "burglar bars" be installed and we did that. It's got deadbolts on both doors and a security screen with locks on the front door. It's not Fort Knox but this little house would be one tough cookie to get into!
Do keep in mind that it can't be more more convenient to reach about anywhere in Tucson or environs from Glenn House but this is a densely populated and typical older neighborhood in in mid-town Tucson and with it comes a wide variety of homes and people. We have reserved the right to require a Damage, Cleaning and/or Security Deposit. There's a wide variety of reasons why we may or may not exercise this option but should do so it is FULLY refundable as long as any damage or cleaning that may occur is limited to normal wear and tear and the rental is left reasonably clean and tidy.
