INTRODUCTION
THE GOOD |
THE BAD |
Glenn House is located in a residential neighborhood smack dab in the center of Tucson.
Tucson does not have a cross town freeway and being so centrally located, we are terrifically convenient to quickly access just about anywhere in Tucson and environs. We are marketing this to be both budget and dog friendly. We will be loaded with comforts, amenities and conveniences including covered private parking, screened in patio, washer and dryer and so much more. Please take a few moments to look through our website for all the goodies that are included. AND THE UGLY . . .I haven't quite figured that one out yet. Maybe I'll buy some hideous piece of decoration and make you live with it :-).

Glenn House is located in a residential area on a fairly busy four-way stop corner and that can bring with it traffic noise and we feel potential Guests should be aware of this should they be seeking a locale that is less traveled.
This is almost exclusively limited primarily to Monday thru Friday rush hour traffic and even then it's masked and hardly noticeable within the interior of the home. This is a residential area and though cars will pass during the night, the frequency is minimal. It's location does mean that it simply will have a higher frequency of trucks, loud motorcycles and youths with music turned up high passing but this is not continual. Trucks, motorcycles and loud music pass by my home regularly too -- this is midtown Tucson and that's just part of living here. The residential four-way stop at Glenn House certainly has more of these vehicles and coming to a halt but it's not a major traffic intersection with extended stop lights, or located along one of our major streets, it's not in a flight path, nor is it next to or near a night club. This is not an industrial area or is it near a school or shopping center: It's simply a fairly busy four-way stop in a residential area that will have more traffic noise than interior streets but it is not constant or continual. For the bad, that's not too bad! |
